About this service
After surgery, an implant must be mapped: each electrode is set to a comfortable and audible stimulation level, and those levels are revised repeatedly as the user adapts. We provide switch-on, the intensive early mapping schedule, routine annual review, and troubleshooting when a processor stops working properly or performance drops unexpectedly.
