About this service
When hearing aids no longer deliver useful speech understanding, a cochlear implant may be appropriate. The evaluation brings together aided and unaided audiometry, speech perception testing, objective measures, and counselling about realistic outcomes and the rehabilitation commitment involved. We coordinate with the operating ENT surgeon and set out the expected timeline so families can make an informed decision.
